(I) Excellent papers will be selected at this forum. The following awards will be established:  
- First Prize (2 winners)  
- Second Prize (4 winners)  
- Third Prize (10 winners)  
- Excellence Award (several winners)  

The First Prize comes with a reward of 600 RMB; the Second Prize with 400 RMB; the Third Prize with 200 RMB; and the Excellence Award with 100 RMB.

(III) Competition Time: Afternoon of November 15, 2025  

(IV) Competition Venue: Lingang Campus of Shanghai Maritime University  

(Address: 1550 Haigang Avenue, Pudong New Area, Shanghai)  

(V) Only unpublished academic papers are eligible to enter the competition.  

(VI) If the same first author wins the "First Prize" for two consecutive years, they will directly receive the "Pearl Award," with a reward of 1000 RMB. If the award winner does not participate in the current forum held in 2025, their eligibility and certificate will be automatically revoked.

Excellent papers will be recommended for submission to SCI, SSCI (classified in Zones 2, 3, and 4 of the Chinese Academy of Sciences), and Chinese CSSCI journals. The journal information is as follows:  
1. Journal of Safety Research (Zone 2, IF=4.4)  
2. Journal of Loss Prevention in The Process Industries (Zone 3, IF=4.2)  
3. PeerJ Computer Science (Zone 4, IF=2.5)  
4. Computer Journal  

Additionally, Chinese CSSCI journals in the fields of economics, finance, accounting, and public administration are included.
