1. Forms of Submission:
(1) Research paper (submit an electronic version of the journal paper);
(2) Academic monograph (submit an electronic version of the cover and table of contents);
(3) Invention patent application (patent must be publicly disclosed; submit the patent abstract);
(4) Granted invention patent (submit a copy of the certificate);
(5) Utility model patent (submit a copy of the certificate);
(6) Computer software copyright (submit a copy of the certificate);
(7) Research report (submit proof of adoption).
2. Scientific and technological achievements that have not won any awards in this series of forums in the past three years are eligible for submission (free evaluation).
3. Submission Deadline: October 31, 2025.
